Litigation Solicitor/ Legal Executive
We are seeking to recruit a motivated individual to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Handling various civil litigation cases.
- Representing clients.
- Legal research and drafting pleadings.
- Attending court hearings.
- Providing expert legal advice.
- Managing an exisitng caseload.
About the Person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
- Experience in company and shareholder disputes
- Experience in consumer disputes
- Experience in inheritance and probate disputes
- Experience in partnership disputes
- Experience in intellectual propery disputes
- Experience in contract disputes
- General civil disputes
