Residential Conveyancer
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team in Stratford upon Avon.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Processing cases in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers.
- Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
- Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.

To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
- Have experience of managing your own caseload.
- Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations.
- Be organised and process driven.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
- Commited to providing an excellent standard of client care.
- Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system
- Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors and introducers.
