Dealing with Law Firms most of my working life, I decided to use my experiences to add value, create change and help improve the service delivered to clients and fellow business partners.
I currently work from our Solihull and Coventry offices looking after two teams dealing with the front end of the transaction to ensure a smooth initial set up and experience for our clients. I ensure our standards, service and communication are to the highest level and the work is carried out quickly and efficiently.
On a day to day basis, my role will include a variety of tasks. These include managing the teams, looking after clients, their transactions and liaising with Estate Agents, IFA’s and other property professionals troubleshooting and building stronger working relationships. I also offer support to other offices and departments as and when needed.
In my spare time I love to socialise with friends and family. I also like to travel to learn new things about different countries, cities and cultures.
