Part of the Pack
Davisons Law are pleased to be part of the pack and want to help all Wolves supporters with their legal needs! FAQ Section
- The competition is (subject to paragraph 2 below) open to any entrants aged 16 years or under except employees of Davisons Law or Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (1986) Limited (“Wolves“), or any of its affiliates, each of their families or agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
- The competition is open to participants living in the UK only.
- The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter the competition, participants must be under 16 and parents must submit their details either through a form or via the competition landing page https://www.dplaw.law/partofpack/
- The opening date/time for entries is 2:30pm on 28th September 2024 (UK time). The closing date/time of the competition is 5:00pm on 28th September 2024 (UK time). Entries received after this time will not be considered, but personal data supplied by the participant may still be processed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Davisons Law privacy policy.
- The winner will be the participant who completes the most Keepie Ups. The Davisons Law decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding. If multiple participants record the same score, the winner will be chosen by random selection.
- The winner will receive a Wolves shirt (1st prize), a stadium tour ticket (2nd prize) and a Love2Shop Voucher. (3rd place).
- The winner will be notified by marketing@www.dplaw.law (using details provided at entry) before 12th October If the winner does not respond to Davisons Law within 48 hours of being notified that they have won, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Davisons Law will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- By submitting your entry, you consent to the personal data provided as part of your entry (which will include, without limitation, your name (first name and surname) and email address being used by Davisons Law to facilitate the competition and to distribute the prize and to be contacted for potential legal needs. If you do not consent to your personal data being processed in this way, you should not enter.
- Davisons Law must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Davisons Law will send the surname and county of the prize winner, as well as details of the criteria submitted by the winner, to anyone who emails marketing@www.dplaw.law or writes to 21 Waterloo Road, WV1 4DJ within one month after the closing date stated in paragraph 5. If you object to any or all your surname and county being published or made available, please contact Davisons Law at marketing@www.dplaw.law
In such circumstances, Davisons Law must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Davisons Law reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Davisons Law reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Davisons Law will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Davisons Law or that of its employees. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in these competition terms and conditions and in Davisons Law Privacy Policy https://www.dplaw.law/ . See also paragraph 11 with regards to the announcement of winners.
- The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- This competition is organised and administered by Davisons Law.
